Summary
This study looks at whether eating fresh mango every day can improve gut health more than eating low-fat cookies. Researchers will measure changes in gut bacteria, mood, sexual health, and skin hydration in 60 healthy adults. Participants will eat either mango or cookies for several weeks and complete questionnaires and skin tests.
