Summary
This study looks at whether coloring mandalas or listening to music can reduce premenstrual syndrome (PMS) symptoms and improve quality of life. About 108 university students with moderate-to-severe PMS will be randomly assigned to color mandalas, listen to music, or receive no extra activity. The goal is to find simple, drug-free ways to feel better during PMS.
