NCT ID NCT06499259
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looked at whether coloring mandalas (circular patterns) can lower stress and anxiety in mothers whose babies are in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). 72 mothers took part, and researchers measured their stress and anxiety levels before and after the activity. The goal was to find a simple, calming activity to support moms during a difficult time.
