First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 31 times

Summary

This study looks at whether doing group mandala art therapy once a week for 12 weeks can improve psychological well-being and reduce loneliness in people aged 60 and older. About 58 seniors from a day care center will take part, with half doing the art sessions and the other half receiving no special activity. Researchers will measure changes using standard questionnaires before and after the program.
