Art therapy eases new Mothers' stress, strengthens baby bond
NCT ID NCT07461922
Summary
This study tested whether a special coloring activity could help first-time mothers who had a difficult birth experience. Researchers had 66 new moms either do a guided mandala drawing session designed for relaxation or a regular free coloring session. They measured if the structured art activity improved the mothers' bond with their infant and increased their confidence in parenting.
