Summary
This study tested whether training clinic teams to share tasks (like measuring blood pressure and starting medication) helps people living with HIV get their high blood pressure under control. Over 900 adults from 30 clinics in Nigeria took part. The goal was to see if this team-based approach works better than usual care.
