First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study looks at people with HIV whose current medication (dolutegravir) is no longer working well due to drug resistance. It compares two options: staying on dolutegravir or switching to a different drug (darunavir boosted by ritonavir). The goal is to see which approach better lowers the virus level in the blood. About 392 participants will be followed for 12 months.
