Summary
This program provides access to tisagenlecleucel (CTL019), a CAR-T cell therapy, for people with serious blood cancers like lymphoma or leukemia who have no other treatment options and cannot join a clinical trial. Doctors must request the therapy for individual patients, and the program aims to offer potential benefit when risks are considered acceptable. It is not a cure, as patients may need ongoing monitoring or additional treatments.
