Summary

This study tests whether a drug called silodosin can work as a safe, reversible, nonhormonal birth control pill for men. Two hundred healthy, sexually active men will take either silodosin or a placebo for 12 weeks. Researchers will check sperm counts, semen volume, and pregnancy rates in their partners to see if the drug works.
