Summary

This study tested a new pill called dimethandrolone undecanoate (DMAU) as a possible male contraceptive. In two parts, healthy men aged 18 to 50 received either a single dose or daily doses for 28 days to check safety and how the drug works in the body. The goal is to develop a safe, effective daily birth control pill for men.
