Summary
This study looked at whether a new way to treat Malaria Vivax is practical for healthcare workers in Peru. The plan includes a quick test for a enzyme called G6PD and two medicines, tafenoquine or primaquine, to prevent the malaria from coming back. 187 patients took part, and the study checked how well doctors followed the new treatment steps.
