New combo strategy aims to boost malaria protection for african children

Summary

This study in Uganda will test whether giving children both the R21 malaria vaccine and two new types of malaria prevention pills works better than the vaccine alone. About 1,290 children will take part. The goal is to see if the combination can reduce cases of symptomatic malaria more effectively.
