Summary
This study looked at whether combining Maitland mobilization (a type of gentle joint movement) with lumbopelvic coordination exercises could help people with tailbone pain after a colonoscopy. 42 adults aged 18 to 60 with this condition took part. The goal was to see if these treatments could reduce pain, improve movement, and boost quality of life.
