New drug combo aims to stop lymphoma relapse after transplant

Summary

This study tests whether a combination of two drugs, selinexor and azacitidine, can help prevent NK/T-cell lymphoma from returning after a stem cell transplant. About 39 adults who have already had a transplant will receive this maintenance therapy. The goal is to see if the treatment is safe and effective at keeping the cancer away.
