First seen Nov 04, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This small pilot study tested whether mailing Cologuard or FIT stool tests to adults aged 45-49 helps more people get screened for colorectal cancer. Only 12 people took part, and the goal was to see how many completed screening and how many had abnormal results. The study was not designed to cure or treat cancer, but to learn which outreach method works better.
