Summary
This study tested whether a non-invasive magnetic brain stimulation treatment could improve swallowing difficulties in people with Parkinson's disease. 26 patients with moderate-to-severe Parkinson's and swallowing problems received the treatment at two different frequencies. Researchers measured changes in swallowing safety and function using several specialized tests and scales.
