Summary

This study looks at whether taking magnesium for 8 weeks can improve sleep in healthy adults who don't get enough magnesium and feel they sleep poorly. Researchers will track sleep patterns, mood, and diet in 65 participants. The goal is to see if magnesium helps people without a diagnosed sleep disorder get better rest.
