Summary
This study tests a new combination medicine called Madalena association for people with type 2 diabetes whose blood sugar is not well controlled with two other diabetes drugs. About 270 adults will receive either the new drug or a placebo to see if it safely lowers HbA1c levels. The goal is to improve blood sugar control, but participants will still need ongoing diabetes management.
