Summary

This study tests a new drug called M701 in 96 adults with advanced lung cancer that has spread and caused fluid buildup around the lungs (malignant pleural effusion). The drug is a special antibody designed to help the immune system attack cancer cells. The main goals are to check safety and see if the drug can reduce or control the fluid buildup.
