Summary
This study tested whether a supplement called M-Gard can help relieve symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis (hay fever) caused by grass pollen. Twenty adults with a history of grass allergy took M-Gard or a placebo in a crossover design. The main goal was to see if symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, and itchy eyes improved.
