Summary
This study tests a surgery called lymphovenous bypass (LVB) to prevent lymphedema (arm swelling) in breast cancer patients who had lymph nodes removed. It compares LVB plus physiotherapy to physiotherapy alone. The goal is to see if the surgery can stop swelling from getting worse and improve quality of life.
