Summary

This study compares two approaches to treating lymphedema (swelling) in people who have had head and neck cancer. One group gets standard clinic-based therapy, while the other uses a home-based program with remote support. The goal is to see which method better reduces swelling, symptoms, and improves daily function. The study involves 240 adults who finished cancer treatment within the last two years.
