Summary

This study looks at where cancer can spread to lymph nodes in the stomach area during surgery for stomach cancer. About 150 adults having a specific type of stomach removal will be watched to see how often cancer reaches certain lymph nodes. The goal is to help doctors know exactly which lymph nodes to remove during surgery.
