New IV drug could help regrow hair in severe alopecia

Summary
This study tests a new drug called LY4005130 for adults with severe alopecia areata, a condition causing significant hair loss. About 60 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo through an IV. The goal is to see if the drug can regrow hair and is safe, with the study lasting about 48 weeks.
