Summary
This study tests a gene therapy called LX102 for people with wet age-related macular degeneration (nAMD), a leading cause of vision loss. The goal is to see if it is safe and can improve or maintain eyesight, possibly reducing the need for frequent eye injections. About 50 adults aged 50 to 89 who have responded well to standard anti-VEGF therapy will participate.
