Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs, luvometinib and anlotinib, in people with a specific type of advanced lung cancer (KRAS-mutated non-small cell lung cancer) that has worsened after prior treatment. The goal is to see if the combo can shrink tumors. About 48 adults aged 18-75 will take part. This is not a cure, but aims to control the disease.
