Summary

This study tests a radioactive drug (lutetium-177 vipivotide tetraxetan) alone or combined with newer hormone therapy in 49 men with a specific type of prostate cancer that has stopped responding to standard hormone treatment but has not yet spread to bones or organs on scans. The goal is to see if the treatment can lower PSA levels and delay the spread of cancer. Participants must have PSMA-positive tumors on a special PET scan and continue standard hormone therapy to keep testosterone low.
