First seen Nov 25, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This early-stage trial tests the safety of combining a radioactive drug (lutetium-177 DGUL) with an immunotherapy (pembrolizumab) in men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer that has stopped responding to standard hormone therapy. About 30 participants will receive either the radioactive drug alone or the combination. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and can help control the cancer longer.
