Summary
This study tests a drug called lurbinectedin in 46 people with high-grade pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors that have not responded to standard treatment. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink or control the tumors. Participants must have a confirmed diagnosis and meet blood count requirements.
