Summary
This study is testing whether a special educational website can help people with advanced cystic fibrosis feel more prepared to talk with their doctors about lung transplant. Researchers want to see if learning about transplant options earlier can help patients make informed decisions and potentially reduce deaths. The study involves 132 participants who will use the website and complete surveys over six months to measure their preparedness and knowledge.
