Breathing boot camp aims to open door to Life-Saving surgery

Summary

This study is testing whether a 3-4 week pulmonary rehabilitation program can improve lung function in people with lung cancer who are currently too weak for surgery. The goal is to help these patients become strong enough to have their tumors surgically removed. Researchers will measure walking ability, oxygen use, and quality of life before and after the rehab program.
