Summary
This study aims to compare two advanced laboratory tests (mNGS and tNGS) to see which is better at identifying the specific germs causing severe lung infections. Researchers will enroll 80 patients with severe pneumonia and analyze their lung fluid samples using both testing methods. The goal is to help doctors diagnose infections more quickly and accurately so they can choose the right treatments.
