Summary
This study looks at 88 children having surgery to see which breathing machine method—Volume Control or Pressure-Regulated Volume Control—better prevents lung collapse. Doctors will use lung ultrasound and electrical imaging to check. The goal is to find the safest way to help children breathe during anesthesia.
