Summary
This study is testing the safety and early effectiveness of a new two-drug combination (ZG005 plus gecacitinib) for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. It is for patients whose cancer has continued to grow despite previous immunotherapy. The goal is to see if this combination can help control the cancer.
