New hope for lung cancer patients: drug cocktail targets relapsed stage III disease

Summary

This study is for people with stage III non-small-cell lung cancer whose cancer has returned after standard chemoradiation and the drug durvalumab. It tests whether adding extra immune therapy or a targeted pill (olaparib) to standard chemotherapy can help them live longer. About 176 adults will be randomly assigned to different treatment combinations to see which works best.
