Summary
This study is testing an experimental drug called SAR445877 for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer whose cancer has continued to grow despite previous immunotherapy treatment. The main goals are to see if the drug can help control the cancer and to understand how it works in the body. Researchers will also closely monitor side effects and look for biological markers that might predict who responds best to the treatment.
