First seen Jan 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding the experimental drug plinabulin to standard chemotherapy (docetaxel) helps people with advanced non-squamous lung cancer live longer. It includes about 442 adults whose cancer has worsened despite prior immunotherapy and platinum chemo. Participants are randomly assigned to receive either the combo or chemo alone, and the main goal is to compare overall survival.
