Summary
This study reviewed medical records of 240 adults in Poland with advanced non-small cell lung cancer who received a combination of two immunotherapy drugs plus chemotherapy as their first treatment. The goal was to see how well the treatment worked in everyday hospital care, not in a controlled trial. No new treatments were given—just an analysis of existing data.
