Summary
This study is testing whether adjusting the timing of a patient's immunotherapy infusion, based on daily blood tests that check their immune system status, can improve treatment results for advanced lung cancer. Researchers will compare this personalized timing approach to two standard timing methods. The goal is to see if this leads to better tumor shrinkage and longer periods without the cancer getting worse.
