Scientists hunt for clues to stop lung cancer in Non-Smokers
NCT ID NCT05572944
Summary
This study aims to create and test a more accurate tool to predict who is at high risk for lung cancer, specifically focusing on people who have never smoked. Researchers will enroll 10,000 participants in Taiwan to collect information on family history, environmental exposures, blood biomarkers, and CT scan images. The goal is to combine all this data into a single model that can better identify individuals who should receive closer monitoring for early signs of lung cancer.
