First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding targeted radiation to standard maintenance therapy can help people with non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to 1-5 spots live longer. About 190 adults with stable disease after initial chemotherapy will be randomly assigned to standard therapy alone or standard therapy plus radiation. The goal is to see if the combination improves overall survival and delays cancer progression.
