First seen Nov 05, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding a short, high-dose radiation boost to the main lung tumor, along with the immunotherapy drug durvalumab, is safe and effective for people with stage III non-small cell lung cancer after standard chemoradiation. About 6 participants will receive this combination to see if it improves tumor control without major side effects. The goal is to find a better way to manage this advanced cancer.
