First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study tests a new approach for people with early-stage non-small-cell lung cancer that can be removed with surgery. Before surgery, participants will receive a short course of targeted radiation (SBRT) combined with an immunotherapy drug (QL1706) and chemotherapy. The goal is to see if this combination can completely eliminate the tumor before surgery, potentially improving long-term outcomes. The study involves 24 adults in China and is in phase 2.
