Summary
This study looked back at medical records to see how well a simple blood test could detect when lung cancer stops responding to certain drugs. Researchers analyzed data from 70 patients in Tunisia with advanced lung cancer who had developed resistance to their initial treatments. The goal was to understand if repeated blood tests could help guide future treatment decisions by spotting a specific genetic change linked to drug resistance.
