Lung cancer Patients' fitness tracked during therapy

Summary
This study watches how lung cancer patients' heart and lung fitness changes during standard treatment. About 90 adults with lung cancer will take a special exercise test before and after starting therapy. The goal is to learn which patients might need extra support, not to test a new drug or cure.
