Summary
This study is testing a new drug called BL-B01D1, both by itself and in combination with an existing drug (osimertinib), for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. The main goals are to find the safest and most effective dose and to see how well the treatment shrinks tumors. It will involve about 198 adults whose cancer has spread and who meet specific health criteria.
