Drug duo aimed to shrink tumors before lung cancer surgery
NCT ID NCT04832854
Summary
This study tested whether giving two immunotherapy drugs (tiragolumab and atezolizumab), with or without standard chemotherapy, before and after surgery could help people with early-stage, operable lung cancer. The goal was to see if this approach was safe, could shrink tumors before surgery, and prevent the cancer from coming back. The trial was stopped early and enrolled 50 participants.
