Summary

This study tests a new drug called SHR-A2102 combined with other cancer treatments for people with non-small cell lung cancer that can be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if the combination can eliminate cancer cells before and after surgery, improving long-term outcomes. About 300 adults aged 18 to 70 with good organ function are being recruited.
