Summary
This study looks at whether a computer model can analyze routine brain MRI scans to predict if a lung cancer that has spread to the brain has certain genetic changes (EGFR or ALK). The goal is to see if this noninvasive method can replace the need for a brain tumor biopsy to guide treatment. Researchers will test the model on 380 patients from multiple hospitals and compare its accuracy against standard genetic testing.
