Summary
This study looks at whether certain DNA markers in blood can help predict how well immunotherapy works before surgery for non-small cell lung cancer. Researchers will collect blood samples from 100 people with stage II-IIIB lung cancer who are scheduled to receive immunotherapy followed by surgery. The goal is to see if these markers can reliably forecast treatment response and long-term outcomes.
